The Allied Special Forces Memorial Grove is situated within the National Memorial Arboretum by the banks of the River Tame in Staffordshire.
We will be remembering and commemorating those many thousands of men, women and children from around the world who lost their lives whilst serving with or assisting the Allied Special Forces and Resistance Units during World War II and in the many conflicts since. For without their bravery and courage in the face of overwhelming odds we would not have the freedom we enjoy today!
The Allied Special Forces Memorial Grove will be our tribute for future generations to reflect upon and provide a Spirit of Remembrance that will not diminish.
'Nil actum credens, dum quid superesset agendum'
'Think nothing done whilst things need to be done'
Roman Poet 'Lucan'
